Morning: technique by group
The day opens with a full warm-up and stretch, then participants split into groups by age and level. Mornings are for the fundamentals everything else is built on - turns, leaps, kicks, and the placement and control that hold them together. Groups stay small so every dancer gets hands-on corrections, and staff rotate so you work with more than one voice.
Afternoon: choreography and performance
After lunch it moves to combinations. Dancers learn choreography at pace, clean it in sections, and then run it full out with the music. This is where the morning work gets tested - and where dancers usually realize how much of performing is committing to the count in front of them instead of the one they just missed.
